We will provide an invitation letter, confirming your booking which is necessary to obtain the visa. Please check with the Algerian representation in your country for up to date information. Expect at least two weeks to obtain the visa. For a small fee, Chris Scott may be able to personally deliver and collect applications for UK passports from the Algerian consulate in London.

• Return flight Paris – Tamanrasset (including airport taxes, currently €54 in Tamanrasset)
• One night in a hotel (twin share) near Paris CDG airport at the start of the tour, including dinner, breakfast and transfer to the airport.
• All airport transfers to/from Tamanrasset airport.
• All accommodation in Algeria and meals, including non-alcoholic drinks.
• Services of your tour leader.
• Services of a local desert guide, cameleers, drivers.
• Local permits.
• Booking confirmation required for your Algerian visa.

• Meals during the Paris - Tamanrasset flight.
• Personal spending money (realistically your only chance to spend will be in Tam or Paris).
• Visa (about £30, plus lodging and collection fees, if relevant).
• Travel insurance. Insurance is compulsory for this trip, it should include air evacuation and medical assistance. Proof will be required to obtain your visa.

Email us with your postal address and we will send you a booking form (it will be available for download too).

The next step will be to send us a deposit for £398 (590€) with your completed booking form. Payment by banc transfer or cheque. If all is in order you will get a confirmation invoice along with additional information.

If you cancel, your deposit will only be refunded if someone takes your place and the plane ticket can be transfered to this person.
If the tour is cancelled your deposit will be refunded in full.

You will be informed, when the plane tickets are issued, they will
be send to your postal address.

The balance is due four weeks before departure by bank transfer.

Flight inclusive prices are based on travel with Aigle-Azur and Air
Algerie. This fare is not guaranteed, and is subject to availability at
the time of booking Therefore early booking of the tour is strongly
recommended.
